For some professionals, the ultimate goal is to serve as a leader that makes an impact on the world and the customers and people within their organization. Recent graduates from the Flex MBA programs at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary heard from Bob Williams, a clinical lecturer at the school. Professor Williams teaches leadership and other classes at the Mason School and the school’s Center for Corporate Education. He brings a wealth of experience from his years in corporate serving in a number of roles including Vice President for Marketing & Communication at Dupont. We sat down with Williams to talk about leadership.
